HOLY TRIGGER: Painted in Static and Sin

In respects to HOLY TRIGGER, the moment is still there, and there is time for things to be done. There’s an atmosphere of sadness and there is the sound of a body being moved through an atmosphere.

Painted comes to the listener from Taktic Music, and it depicts that brief moment after making eye contact at the bar - that moment when you can smell each other, taste the last bit of drink before each person talks or acts. When you hear it, it feels like you are not supposed to listen. Your heart races, and the gasping to take a breath sounds like water dripping off of a roof in mid-July.

Painted illustrates the tension that exists both before and after touching another person. Painted is not merely an audio recording of the moments when two separate souls meet; it is also a musical portrait of that first meeting.

The "Holy Trigger" works as not only an audio file but also as an audiovisual manifesto. The track uses sexual energy as a metaphor for ignition which implies that you must act as the protagonist.

Additionally, during the buildup of this track, which is both densely layered and high-energy, the world tilts onto its side slightly and creates a heightened reality for approximately 3 minutes and 20 seconds. The audible result of this track will contain deeper coloration (or tint), as well as extended shadows from light sources.

You are not simply hearing sound through headphones; instead, you are physically immersed in the sound.
